My journey is fueled by a deep love for people, creativity, and the remarkable potential we all have to uplift one another.​

       My commitment to introspection has led me to a place of self-awareness, where I am constantly seeking my purpose and inner peace. This journey is ongoing, and I share the joy of it through coaching and mentoring.​

    In my commitment to holding space for others, I also make sure to hold space for myself through practices like daily devotional, working out, walking, take moments of time appreciating nature, traveling, researching, and cherishing time with family and friends.

    My coaching philosophy centers on creating a compassionate, authentic space where clients can explore their challenges deeply and honestly, without judgment or pressure. I believe that true transformation happens when people reconnect with their own inner wisdom and values. I honor each client’s unique journey, recognizing that growth often involves navigating discomfort, grief, or uncertainty alongside moments of clarity and empowerment.​

 

 In our work together, I offer:

  • Life transitions and “next chapter” moments

  • Loss and grief, including living losses

  • Purpose, identity, and calling

  • Emotional overwhelm, fatigue, or feeling misaligned

     I currently offer a small number of coaching spaces to ensure depth, presence, and care.

 

 1:1 Life, Loss & Grief Coaching: 

Coaching sessions are typically 60 minutes and may be offered weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your needs and season of life.

 

App accompanied  coaching:

Some packages include Mind–Heart Integration practices and optional app-based support to strengthen emotional awareness, resilience, and inner alignment.
