1. Session Cancellation

Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations may count as completed sessions.

2. No-Shows

Missed sessions without notice are considered completed.

3. Refunds

Refunds depend on package usage:

• No sessions used → full refund

• Partial sessions used → refund for unused portion

• Completed sessions are non-refundable

Refunds follow the policies of the platform used for payment.

4. Package Expiration

Coaching packages must be used within the timeframes stated at purchase.

5. Coach Cancellations

If the coach must cancel, the session will be rescheduled or refunded.
